Feel The Burn.
Feel the Burn consists of exercises that I do when I really want to feel it! For the most part, I don't use much equipment beyond my own body but very once in a while I may include some other supplies. I try to incorporate both cardio and strength training to keep a well-rounded routine.

Just Get Moving.
Every once in a while, it can be difficult to get that motivation to do a butt-buster type of workout, and sometimes that is just not the type of workout I am looking for. More often, I like workouts that don't even feel like I am working out, ones that are fun, involved, and just get me moving!
