This site was started as an effort to compile one database of tips, advice, and mostly recipe ideas that I have discovered or created through my focus on improving my own fitness and nutrition. I love unique ideas, but try to stick to simple ingredients and supplies. I am a college student and function on minimal effort, time, and supplies - so I hope that these options are things that anyone can easily try without straying far from normal routines!
One thing I have learned is that everyone's body is different and some eating styles or exercise routines work to fuel one person's life but not others. With the variety here, my goal is to help everyone find at least one thing they can incorporate into their life routine to make them feel more energized and healthy, without a regimented diet, strict "rules", or expensive/rare ingredients!
